The Cessna 207 Skywagon
The Cessna brand is one of the most popular in all of aviation due to their simple nature and easy ability to fly – however, the Cessna 207 takes a break away from the traditional style that so many are used to. Not only does it bring another two seats to the party, but it gives you a much more all-round performance baseline from the aircraft.
If you want to see yourself taking off with elite precision in the future you might want to try out the Skywagon! It’s really easy to fly and offers a simplistically enjoyable flight experience. Had enough fun with the Cessna 206? Then give this a shot, you’ll notice quite the difference.
Effectively, the Skywagon acted as a flying minivan – with plenty of space and enough room to fit more people in it than the usual Cessna range, this nippy little aircraft became a source of affection across pilots worldwide. It’s high wing, single engine flight style made it really easy to get used to novice pilots, too, so it fitted like a glove into an industry that regularly ate up competition that couldn’t be the very best.
The Skywagon is a fantastically agile aircraft the runs at the higher echelons of aircraft from the same time period – it’s easy to get to grips with and offers a far more relaxing experience than many might be used to with aircraft that carry so much!
One of the most important things for any flight simulation fan is getting the right attention to detail from the aircraft that you are flying. The creators of this project, Alabeo, have been forensic with their design qualities. Everything in terms of the design has been dealt with spectacularly; making sure that the aircraft operates and performs at the level you would expect to see
A realistic design style is always important, but the cockpit inside is equally impressive – everything is where it should be, and anyone with real-life experience of the Skywagon should quickly start to notice the many little quirks that make this aircraft so popular. If you are looking to get authenticity in the design and style of the aircraft, then this package is what you want.
The design also coves the interior of the aircraft in terms of its overall levels of performance – the attention to detail in the specifications of the aircraft is spot on. Not only can it reach the same maximum speeds and carry the same weights as it can in the real world, but the dynamics have been adjusted spectacularly to make sure the aircraft flies at its very best all the time.
If you need your aviation experience to be built on realism rather than just hoping for the closest thing possible, then you’ll absolutely love this project – the close-knit design features and determination to get every last rivet showing up as it would is something that really adds to it.
What You Get
With this package, you will gain access to plenty of useful features and additions that can spectacularly boost your overall enjoyment and performance within the flight simulator. The first thing that anyone will notice is the sheer attention to detail in the model both in terms of performance and design, as mentioned above. However, the product itself comes fully compatible with other flight simulators such as P3D, so if you want to jump to another simulator and give it a shot you can do so with ease.
The aircraft comes with many different formats and liveries too. The best thing about having this kind of style is that you can fly the Skywagon in many different guises – you don’t just get one bland model that looks kind of similar, you get an authentic creation of all of the best looks that you can possibly find for a remake of the Skywagon!
In total, there are six liveries included in total, with two models in the package. You’ll get access to both the Regular version of the Skywagon, as well as the ‘Bush’ version which has some nice differences that can give you even more hours of simulation fun to enjoy.
The best thing about this package, though, is just how easy it is to use, install, and get to grips with – you won’t find yourself stressing out over how unrealistic the aircraft feels or how it performs. Instead, you’ll be left with two aircraft that manage themselves in the true way.
Full compatibility with GPS systems meaning that you can use both the Alabeo GNS530 addition as well as the Reality XP GNS530, so if you struggle to fly without the help of a GPS you can still include one with two excellent and authentic GPS’ being provided to use
This flies exactly as it should – with hours of research and information gone into creating the truest form of the Skywagon that you are likely to find. Every last detail has been covered so that fans of the aircraft can get something with authentic dynamics and all the pros and cons of the real thing
A huge amount of work has gone into the overall shape and detail of the aircraft – from the gauges that reflect to the side-view prop effects that add to the entire atmosphere of flying in the cockpit, you’ll get a far more complete experience than you would flying any of the vanilla aircraft
Interesting animations and effects have been included to make everything from take-off to treacherous flying feel far more realistic. Your flying experience is truly brought to life when you step in the cockpit of these planes, giving you all the help that you need in buying into the overall experience
Excellent effects and features added in to the detail of the design – the aircraft is made from the right kinds of materials as it would be in the real world, further enhancing the look and feel of the aircraft significantly and making sure it’s spot on to what you would be looking for!

Excellent plane with good flight dynamics, has a very realistic feel . . I like the 3d cockpit, looks very real. There unfortunately is too much detail on the outside of the aircraft, as it causes slower PC's to jitter. Definitely worth the money. . . I'm going to fly this plane a lot ! . . and upgrade my PC.

It's ok..Early Alabeo I guess. One Nav/Com is a little disappointing and no avionics master other than key command. I don't mind his version of the GNS540. The plane is sharp graphics wise but dual Nav/Com and DME is a deal breaker. I will fly it thought I can always add GTN 650 for 2nd Nav.

Great aircraft, very realistic. Would have liked to have a 2d panel as well and a bit more for workable instruments. Handles nicely, though, and flies as close to the real thing as my PC ever will. Nicely done, Iíll be a repeat customer.

Very nice plane, sound is very good, fly well but too bad that Alabeo don't care about FSX SE and make no effort to make it compatible with Steam Edition, because GPS don't work for this plane!
