Full 3D sound cones are added in for FSX enjoyment which makes sure the sound echoes accordingly, creating a unique and engaging atmosphere as you fly.
New splashing and crashing sounds that even replicate the kind of noise you would expect to hear when an aircraft is involved in an incident like this.
The Engine Itself
Designed to offer a refreshing approach to the Rolls Royce family, this RB211 engine is a large family within their company that provides high-bypass turbofan engines. Although they first entered service over 40 years ago they are still reputed engines, capable of new changes and improvements for as long as 50 years after it first appeared – and this is apparent in the range of products it finds itself being used in.
It was eventually superseded by the Rolls Royce Trent, but it’s a massive engine volume that was used for low-cost operations in the beginning as they were relatively cheap to assemble. However, they are extremely powerful engines that emit the kind of sound you would expect, creating a really booming, authentic noise that does all it can to capture your ears and make it easier than ever to buy into the deep and engaging sounds of the engine.
With this, you’ll have no problems buying into the reality of the Rolls-Royce RB211!
