Trying to get your flight simulator to work at its very best level? Then all you need to do is look into the positive effects of having the scenery installed. For most sim users who aren’t satisfied with the detail the simulator can provide, it usually comes down to the graphics in the end up! It’s a typical problem for people involved with using flight simulators and it can really hamper the experience; if it bothers you enough, then we recommend looking into using this fantastic package.
By covering the whole of the Terminal Area for Detroit, Michigan, this manages to give you a huge 4,000 square miles of detail reaching all across the area. Additionally, this works in perfect tandem with the Michigan state scenery package, which covers the entire area. By using both together you can get that high level detail and attention to the little things that can make the entire flight simulation experience even more enjoyable.
You can get right down close to the ground, with the level of detail staying hugely impressive right down to the lowest altitudes. This ensures that the level of detail on everything from the small city streets to the large commercial buildings and landmarks never has to be lost. These high resolution changes make it so much easier for someone to just start using the simulator and truly getting to enjoy the overall look and feel of Detroit. The entire package uses highly detailed 50cm/pixel scenery packages for effect to draw in the most comprehensive detail and accuracy within every location that is possibly accessible in the Detroit area.
The most populous city in the entire state, the city of Detroit holds significant sway in many ways. It’s the seat of Wayne County and is also a large part of the overall financial and cultural power of the state itself. With around 5.3m people living here, it’s also one of the most populous cities in the whole of the US. The city originally served as the settling point for French explorer Antoine laumet de la Mothe in 1701, and since then it has grown into a massive port city that sits right on the Detroit River.
Today, it’s a large metropolitan area and this is encapsulated perfectly within the simulator itself. The large industry for automobiles that used to be such a large part of the city are still easily noticeable, and many of the legacies left behind such as Motown are all included in the most stunning detail. Large sporting landmarks can be seen, too, as the likes of Rock City and Hockeytown are all easily spotted when you are flying above. These cultural landmarks are part of the reason why Detroit is the massively popular city it is, and another key factor within the massive growth and development within the state of Michigan over the last century or so.
Now, you can get to see the whole of Detroit and its outlying Terminal Area in realistic detail.

Not bad ... I would have liked to see a few more buildings, however you cant beat the price not the scenery rendered in this software... honestly I rate this a 4 1/2 star product and I'm hard to please. I see on the other-hand other major cities priced a lot higher than what I'm welling to pay that you also produce, Example Atlanta KATL priced @ 39.00 I may have to shop around and really think a little harder on this one. Well that is my honest review.
