Virtualcol, based in Columbia has been developing flight sim add-ons for over a decade for FS2004, FSX, and Prepar3D. They have recently released their first model for Microsoft's new 2020 release (MSFS).
Their products always have a focus on being frame-rate friendly and fairly priced. You don't need a high-end machine to run Virtualcol models. Their aircraft design focuses on turboprops although they have released some smaller private jet aircraft.

I find the Cessna T303 an excellent well designed simulator aircraft and a delight to fly. Just be aware of the fact that it responds to correct/incorrect handling during flight. This applies to the engine handling as well as atmospheric conditions. Just one item that puzzles me; I've flown professionally for just on 40 years (both piston and turbines) and have never come across the type of mixture control instrument gauge fitted to this simulation. I've hunted high and low (on the Internet) for any manual which can explain how one should read the instrument correctly but without any luck.

I just took my new purchase for a test flight{ Cessna T303 Crusader} I was greatly impressed with the way this aircraft handles. The panel has everything needed to fly with ease. The price couldn't be better, to the purchase a high tech aircraft such as this. Don't lose anytime thinking regarding the purchasing this aircraft.
