I am pleased with my purchase, of the MFS 2020, book. It will take some time to go though it, It is going to be a big help for me, as I am a bit remote here in New Zealand, I live in a small town, I don't know any one who is interested in Flight Sim, I am a member of, "The Royal Aeronautical Society" and a flying club, even I have no friends, I have been here in Feilding two years, from the UK, I have been back twice to live and back to NZ, in twenty years, I am from W-S-M came out in 1964, I have been married 51 years to a nice girl from Feilding NZ, I have been a Simer since 2001, I first seen MSFS about 1984. In the UK I joined the F.S.U.G. = flight Simulator User Group-UK, I was the 1033 member, 2006, in Ipplepen. It is a good club, very helpful and friendly, I really enjoyed it. I was getting the PCpilot and the Computer pilot magazines, for twelve years. Two years ago when I was over there last I joined the Bristol Flight Sim Group, Not so friendly or helpful. I will be getting rid of my older CH Yoke and Pedals, I have the new Honeycomb Yoke and the Bravo Throttle Quadrant, to go with my MFS 2020. I have seen the videos on how to Map them, they are too quick to take notes. I was hoping to read how to Map them from a book, at my own speed, I have a powerful PC, with a nvidia Geforce RTX 3070 Card. also a guttkicker. I was disappointed as there is no instructions I can follow to do it. I understand some of it. I will be 82 soon.
kind regards David

This publication is amazing. It contains a tremendous amount of detail about the simulator which is not easily gained by trial and error attempts to use Microsoft Flight Simulator by beginners. It is difficult to operate a complex program such as the simulator without a Manual. This book attempts to solve that problem and goes beyond that. Even those who consider themselves experts could find this useful as a reference. Another great value here is the frequency of updates and the goals of the publisher and editors to maintain it as current as possible and add additional components. You cannot find a better source of Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 information in one location than this product.

It is a very good guide. I bought it from Simshack several months ago and enjoyed using it for discovering MSFS 2020. Everything was fine up to the 1.30 version. Now it seems no more updated through Simshack. With Sofly and Aerosoft the current version is 1.45. Why is there no update available with Simshack?

Have not had time to go through it entirely, but what I have seen I truely believe this will be a very useful tool for me to learn the ins an outs of MSFS 2020. It's easy to navigate and easily understood. I'm very glad I made this purchase! It truely is "The Missing Owners Manual for MSFS 2020"!
