Sometimes, playing the hero can be a lot more fun than it sounds. With this new Mayday Missions package you can now get to enjoy something that will see you take on missions far beyond the usual style; now, you need to be the hero.
When things go wrong out there in the skies it’s vital that you can start to plan and prepare for any eventuality out there, and this package will not only help you experience these unique thrills but it will help you prepare for them accordingly by showing you the best practice for handling these issues.
The emergency procedure word Mayday is used internationally as a signal of distress. Should someone be in trouble it’s the right term to use to try and gain the attention of someone who can help them out – in this set of missions, you are that person.
In the event of hearing a Mayday cry, you would be expected to echo in on someone who is in danger and needs help if you hear the signal, but what do you do if you are involved in the signal? What if it is you shouting for Mayday?
Well, let’s find out!
With this package you now get to undertake unique mayday situational missions with five in total included. You’ll have to make sure that you can get through each mission without panicking and making rash decisions, ensuring that you can continue to change and improve along the way as well as making sure you start to get to grips with how to deal with even the most precarious of positions within an aircraft.
Left with nothing but your own skill and intuitive nature, you will be expected to find the solution to whatever your problem is before the worst occurs. You’ll need to consult your Emergency manual one more time to try and understand what you need to do – think back to all of those tutorials and lessons to try and find a way out of danger before you crash. Stay calm, work hard and you should be able to find a solution to the dangers that you face!
Why Try This?
In this package, you get to finally test your mettle in a truly emergency scenario; whilst many people will feel that they have entered a position that is very uncomfortable for them, the learning that you can do from undertaking this is exceptionally valuable.
It’s simple and easy to install so you can be up in the air and enjoying the madness below in no time at all.
You have total control over the aircraft, the weather and everything else associated with the flight; this lets you be in total control of the scenario, in whatever aircraft you feel most comfortable flying.
The emergencies included are not basic or simple – they tend to be exceptionally circumstantial which can make them even harder to find a solution for.
New scenery is include which will transform the way that you feel moving forward across each region, undertaking new disasters.

Usually not a huge fan of taking things like this, but just wanted to try out something different. These missions seemed far more like something I would play in a flight game instead of a simulator so wasnít sure if I would be into the idea too much. However, I really got into the style quite easily. It was a nice a change up from the usual style of flying in a simulator so it actually was quite fun to be involved with.
The overall design of the missions is brilliant. Was hugely impressed with the way that they had you involved within these emergencies and it really added something special to each even. Iíll admit that I had to get my little book out and read into mayday procedure etc. but a lot of the instructions inside will help you get the gist of it Ė I just had no idea where to start.
It really captured that feeling spectacularly and made it nice and simple for me to just relax and go through the procedure in the right way. It can be scary at first but I got the hang of it quite quickly.
I was really impressed with the ideas they put into the flights as some of the emergencies were just so out there it was something I never thought I would go through the experience of dealing with, even virtually. The whole idea, though, was well worth the investment and itís something Iíd happily recommend further.
