The fully featured DHC-6 Twin Otter package from Sonic Solutions for Microsoft Flight Simulator X will not disappoint. With amazing sound quality and advanced sound cone technology, this is one of the best sound packs their is for the Tw'otter.

The third sound pack for Flight Simulator X from Sonic Solutions is for the De Havilland DHC-6 Twin Otter. Recorded in 24bit / 48K sample rates and implemented in game at 16bit / 48k sample rates ensures crisp clean audio with plenty of dynamic range. This pack of course utilizes FSX's sound cone system using many layers of sound to create a great mix that never tires. Something new added to this sound pack is a never before heard of sound feature in FSX... distance. As the Twin Otter with this sound pack gets a decent distance away you'll be able to hear the sound of the aircraft as it sounds in real life. Created synthetically using Alchemy, the audio from the engines are sampled and re-built on a granular level using custom made filters that mimic air density. The end result is a very life like and convincing sound as the aircraft is flying over.

This sound pack also includes an AI config and sounds to ensure you hear the proper sounds in multiplayer sessions. Installation is easy. Install to your desktop, copy the sound and ai folder to your Twin Otter of choice and make a small one line change to the aircraft config. Install instruction are also included right in the installer.

This sound pack works with any De Havilland DHC-6 for FSX using SP2/Acceleration. Tested on various freeware and payware aircraft.
